Refund & Return Policy

Quick Facts
- Unopened Grabba leaf packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or tampered tobacco is never returnable—federal law & sanitary reasons.
- If we ship the wrong thing or it arrives damaged, we cover the cost to fix it.
- Start every request by emailing support@gizmograbbas.com with your order # and clear photos.
- All customers and return recipients must be 19 years-old or older (Ontario legal age for tobacco).
- Sale items, promos, and gift cards are final sale.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date the tracking page shows “delivered” to request a return or refund. After 7 days we cannot accept returns because tobacco is a regulated, perishable product.
2. Condition Requirements
- Item must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging with the excise stamp intact.
- No rips, cuts, moisture, or obvious handling.
- We refuse any return that fails these checks or violates the Tobacco & Vaping Products Act.
3. Non-Returnable Goods
- Any Grabba leaf product once opened, cut, humidified, or rolled.
- “Final Sale” / clearance items.
- Digital products or gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support@gizmograbbas.com with the subject line

. - Attach clear photos of the sealed product and any defect/damage.
- Include your name, phone number, and shipping address.
We reply within 24 hours with an RMA number and the return-shipping address.
5. Return Shipping
- If the error is ours (wrong item, transit damage), we email a prepaid label.
- Otherwise, you pay return postage. Use a trackable service; lost returns are on the sender.
6. Inspections & Decisions
We inspect returns within 48 hours of arrival:
- Approved → Replacement ships free, or a Refund goes to the original payment method. Expect it on your statement within ~3 business days.
- Rejected returns are shipped back at your expense or destroyed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If five business days pass after approval and you still don’t see the credit:
- Check your bank/credit-card portal.
- Contact your card issuer; processing delays happen.
- Still stuck? Email us—we’ll chase it down.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrived defective or damaged. Initiate an exchange the same way you start a return.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud
We dispute and report unauthorized chargebacks. All shipments are photographed and weighed before dispatch.

Gizmo Grabba Inc. sells tobacco products regulated under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act. By purchasing or returning any item you confirm you are 19 years of age or older and in compliance with all federal and provincial laws. We do not ship tobacco outside Canada.
