Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to health regulations and the nature of tobacco products, GizmoGrabbas has a strict no-return policy. All sales are final once the product has been delivered and received by the customer.

2. Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was shipped
  • Product is significantly different from description
  • Product shows signs of contamination or mold

3. Reporting Issues

To report a quality issue, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number and delivery confirmation
  • Describe the problem in detail

4. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify the delivery address
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We'll investigate with the carrier

Delayed Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs. However, if a package is significantly delayed, we'll work with you to find a solution.

5. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds take 3-5 business days
  • E-transfer refunds are processed within 24 hours
  • Cryptocurrency refunds may take up to 7 days
  • You'll receive email confirmation when processed

6. Exceptions

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that dry out due to improper storage
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Products used or consumed
